Each vital sign tool displays a summary table and graph of your readings over time. Use the date range filter to adjust the period shown.

Blood Glucose

Track your blood sugar levels over time.

Add a Blood Glucose Reading

Navigate to Blood Glucose

From the left menu select Healthy Living > Vital Signs & Readings > Blood Glucose.

Click Add

Click the Add button to open the entry form.

Enter Values

Enter the blood glucose reading, date, time, and any notes. Units are set in My Preferences.

Save

Click Save. The reading appears in the summary table and graph.

Edit or Delete a Reading

Click on a reading in the summary table, then click Edit to modify or Delete to remove it. Confirm deletion when prompted. Note: readings synced from a connected device cannot be edited here — edit them in your device account.

Blood Oxygen

Monitor your blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels.

Add a Blood Oxygen Reading

Navigate to Blood Oxygen

From the left menu select Healthy Living > Vital Signs & Readings > Blood Oxygen.

Click Add

Click the Add button to open the entry form.

Enter Values

Enter the SpO2 percentage, date, time, and any notes.

Save

Click Save. The reading appears in the summary table and graph.

Edit or Delete a Reading

Click on a reading in the summary table, then click Edit to modify or Delete to remove it. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Blood Pressure

Record systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings.

Add a Blood Pressure Reading

Navigate to Blood Pressure

From the left menu select Healthy Living > Vital Signs & Readings > Blood Pressure.

Click the Add button to open the entry form.

Enter Values

Enter the systolic (upper) and diastolic (lower) values, date, time, and any notes.

Save

Click Save. The reading appears in the summary table and graph.

Click on a reading in the summary table, then click Edit to modify or Delete to remove it. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Heart Rate

Track your pulse and heart rhythm over time.

Add a Heart Rate Reading

From the left menu select Healthy Living > Vital Signs & Readings > Heart Rate.

Enter the heart rate (beats per minute), date, time, and any notes.

Click Save. The reading appears in the summary table and graph.

Temperature

Monitor your body temperature. Units (Celsius or Fahrenheit) are set in My Preferences.

Add a Temperature Reading

Enter the temperature value, date, time, and any notes.
